2019 Blaufrankisch

After hand-harvesting, sorting and destemming, the grapes were brought to San Diego to vinify. Aged 24 months in neutral French oak barrels then aged two years before releasing June 2023.
Cranberry and white pear mixes with ripe cherry notes. Medium body with a very low level of tannin. The zesty acidity makes this a crisp refresher.
