The crossing of Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris by renowned UC Davis viticulturist, Dr. Harold Olmo, resulted in the creation of the grape called Symphony. The off-dry style expresses the refreshing floral elements of tropical fruits while delivering the distinctive aromas of fresh apricot and white peach.
